  • Downloads: All customers can download immediately after ordering. You can also download it at a later date as needed.
  • CDs: If you’d like a CD, you can select from various shipping methods when you order.
  • Exchanges: If you order the wrong item, don’t worry; email us and explain what you need. To uninstall, see our tech support page.
  • OS support is typically not an issue. Please select the version to match your word processor, but yes, we support Win 8.1, Win 10, and Win 11.
